Hi clubbers!! We’re excited to be posting our latest meme question for the club! Feel free to answer now or next month at your place, & leave a link to your response in the comments below so others can see what you have to say. Or really, you could just answer in the comments if you want. We really are quite flexible here. 🙂 Here’s the question this month:
A meme rewind from May 2013: Tell us about the classic book(s) you’re reading this month. You can post about what you’re looking forward to reading in February, or post thoughts-in-progress on your current read(s).

Really enjoying catching up on my classics! I just finished reading Toni Morrison’s The Bluest Eye – a modern classic that really packs a punch. You can find my review here:

Just put up a review of what’s perhaps a modern classic – at the very least a must read that I had missed! The Bluest Eye by Toni Morrison was sheer genius, although and incredibly challenging read.

Probably only going to make it to one book this month…cuz it’s long. Not the month, the book. The book is long; the month is short…though it’s longer than usual, but still shorter than other months.

I picked up a title by Conan Doyle that I’d never heard of – Mostly on the basis of the cover which appealed to me. It was a great read:
