Hi clubbers!! We’re excited to be posting our second meme question for the club!
Here’s the question this month:
Pick a classic someone else in the club has read from our big review list. Link to their review and offer a quote from their post describing their reaction to the book. What about their post makes you excited to read that classic in particular?
Feel free to answer over at your blog any time in September, and leave the link to your post in the Mister Linky widget below.
(Answers can be as thorough or brief as you like, but let’s share and connect, eh?)
Remember to check out this page for details! And then check out one another’s posts! 🙂

Great meme! I had great fun browsing all the reviews. I found Lindsey’s review of Howards End the most touching that’s why I commented on that one. You can read my submission here: http://anneishimaginaryadventures.blogspot.hu/2012/09/the-classics-club-september-2012-meme.html.

This meme got me thinking and I thoroughly enjoyed it . So much so, that I entered twice, the first being a past link. Please keep the second link only!

Do you have a linky for this month’s meme? I couldn’t find one so I posted the link here.

Hi Nish! The Linky is right there on the page? About two inches above the painting that ends the post. Cheers! 🙂 – jill

I’m definitely looking forward to this! I will have to read through a lot more of the reviews than I already have to pick one!

I had a little trouble putting in my blogpost address, but I think it went after all. This was fun.

Just want to give you moderators a bit of a heads up. In the reviews sections I noticed that one of Thomas Hardy’s novels has been mistitled. “Far from the Maddening Crowd” should actually read “Far from the Madding Crowd”. 😉
